How much does FlightDesk AI cost?
Three flat plans: ATC Clearance €49.99/month for up to 3 aircraft, Holding Point €79.99/month for up to 5 aircraft, and Take Off €119.99/month for an unlimited fleet. Every module is included on every plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every account starts with a 60-day free trial of the full product, with no setup fee. You can cancel anytime.
Do you charge per student or per instructor?
No. Students, instructors and bookings are unlimited on every plan. Only the number of aircraft sets the plan.
What happens if my fleet grows or shrinks?
You can upgrade or downgrade any time, and the change takes effect on your next billing date. If you downgrade below your current fleet size, existing aircraft are not deleted, but you cannot add new ones until you are within the plan limit.
Are any features locked on the cheaper plans?
No. All modules are available on all plans. The plans differ only by the number of aircraft.
